The Pacesetter Frontier Magazine Visits Obi of Otolo and Igwe of Nnewi.

The Editorial Team of The Pacesetter Frontier Magazine, led by the Publisher and Editor, Prince Onochie Igwesi, was at the Nnewi palace of a first class Traditional Ruler in Igbo land, His Royal Majesty, Igwe Kenneth Orizu (Obi of Otolo and the Igwe of Nnewi) on a courtesy call on 3rd February, 2021.

The South East and South South based cosmopolitan magazine was there to present copies of some of her editions to His Majesty while seeking for his royal acceptance, prayers and blessings.

Speaking after His Majesty accepted the traditional kolanut presented by the team, broke it and offered prayers to God, the Publisher, Prince Onochie Igwesi told the first class King that the editorial team of the magazine identified him as a traditional ruler of much significance to Ndi Igbo, seeing that he had been on the throne for the past fifty eight (58) years and had in addition taken the bold moves to harmonize and lead his people well especially abrogating the Osu caste system. He went on to eulogize His Majesty’s other outstanding leadership qualities while seeking his guidance and support to the magazine, as she discharges her journalistic duties.

Responding, His Royal Majesty, Igwe Kenneth Orizu welcomed the team to his palace. He was glad that the team visited. He accepted the magazines presented and encouraged the team to continue to live up to the standard expected of a media outfit. His Heir Apparent to the throne, Prince Obi Orizu was present, as well as other palace officials.

Other members of the editorial team present were the Deputy Editor of The Pacesetter Frontier Magazine, Mr. Muna Chinedu, Ms. Debbie Egbo, Mr. Chibuzo Eneanya and Mr. Chielo Solomon.
