Just In: Kanu’s trial adjourned to November 10, as he pleads “Not Guilty”
Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has adjourned Nnamdi Kanu’s case to November 10, 2021. This came after he pleaded “not guilty” to the amended charges leveled against him by the Federal Government.
His Counsel had made an application for Nnamdi Kanu to be moved to Kuje Correctional Facility but the Judge rejected the application, while stating that Kanu could however appoint any 3 persons to visit him in DSS facility, where he’s currently being detained.
