Osinbajo Not Involved In Road Accident – Media Aide

Laolu Akande, the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, has denied news that the Vice-President was involved in a car accident.

There were reports that the Vice-President’s car was involved in an auto crash along Abuja Airport road on Monday morning. However, Laolu Akande denied the news.

According to him, “VP came across a road traffic accident, stopped to lend assistance, & ensured victim was taken to the hospital with VP’s convoy ambulance.”

He tweeted, “On his way to the airport this morning, VP came across a road traffic accident, stopped to lend assistance, & ensured victim was taken to the hospital with VP’s convoy ambulance. He then proceeded on his trip and is now in Ondo State heading to site of yesterday’s attack in Owo”.
