“We just concluded the ward tours and we were disappointed with what we saw around the state. We discovered that what we were crying about on the dilapidation of Enugu metropolis was even worse outside the capital,” Nnaji said.

Speaking, the APC Deputy Governorship candidate, Barr. George Ogara, said he was overwhelmed by the support of the party and his choice as running mate.

“All I need to do is to be loyal to the party, to support our candidate, Hon. Nnaji to bring the best to Enugu State. I will give attention to all minute details of our candidate that will ensure victory at the polls.

“The duty is one I can perform without complaint. I will do it and give my best. I will also give account to the party at the right time”, Ogara said.
