Presidential candidate of Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi has asked the public to disregard the manifesto of his party currently in circulation.
Obi who issued the clarification via his official Twitter handle, yesterday, clarified that the manifesto currently in circulation was a draft version that got into the public domain.
The LP standard bearer and former governor of Anambra State said the party’s manifesto was still under review.
He said he would personally release the LP manifesto to the public when it is ready.
“We have not formally released our manifesto. I will do so personally. It seems an earlier draft copy under review has made its way into the public space. Until I release the approved and final draft, please disregard what is being circulated,” the tweet read.
