As Nigerians continue to bask in the euphoria of a new year, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Enugu State, Uche Nnaji Nwakibie, has reiterated his resolve to honour his pact with the people of the state.
Nnaji made this known in a statement released to news men in Enugu by his campaign Director General, Comrade Fidelis Edeh.
In the statement titled “Happy New Year Ndi-Enugu”, the governorship hopeful stressed on his belief that a better Enugu state will be birthed in 2023 with his election as governor.
The message reads in full: “Enugu State Shall Rise Again. This is not just my hope, it is a task I am committed to as the APC Gubernatorial Candidate in the 2023 election in Enugu State.

“I believe that another Enugu State is possible with new sense of self-determined life and community values needful to advance our common destiny and improved wellbeing.
“I, therefore, on behalf of myself and family, wish Ndi-Enugu a most purposeful 2023.
