The session, which took place at the Holy Ghost Cathedral Enugu, according to the Chief Host and Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, His Lordship Most Revd. C.V.C. Onaga was the latest in a series of engagements with the party candidates organised by the Catholic Church to educate their members on political matters.

Nweke noted that schools performed better under the administration of the churches and his administration would work closely with the missions to ensure that the best education was provided to the children in the state.

He stated that the partnership will encompass the provision of financial resources needed for the running of the schools, teacher’s training and welfare and the development of a curriculum that prioritises STEM, History and Civic Studies.
