…Mbah is the hope of a new Enugu state -Convener, Nnajiofor

A socio political pressure group in Enugu state known as ‘Solidarity Alliance for Peter Mbah’ has called on the governorship candidates of the other parties who lost in the election, to close ranks with the governor elect, Dr Peter Mbah, in the onerous task of moving the state forward.

‘Solidarity Alliance Group for Peter Mbah and Barr Ifeanyi Ossai’ is among the over two hundred voluntary support groups in Enugu state thet believed in the capability, competence, credibility and experience of Dr Peter Mbah, qualifies him as the best candidate among others, irrespective of party of affiliation to govern Enugu state in the next dispensation, which starts from May 29,2023.

The members of the group from the 17 local government areas of Enugu state, met at Mbulu Owo in Nkanu East council area, to celebrate the success of their principal,Dr Peter Mbah at the polls and the best ways of strenghtening the democratic process in Enugu state, took a decision that they would transform into ‘Solidarity Alliance for Good Governance’ in Enugu state.

They assured that Dr Peter Mbah’s administration will embrace the whole of Enugu state as his constituency, even as his blue print for economic development of the state as reflected in his manifesto speaks volume and is all encompassing.

The group pleaded to those governorship candidates who lost and are threatening brimestone to consider peace and progress of Enugu state first ,and since there cannot be two governors at a time, to embrace the in coming administration of Dr Peter Mbah, expressing optimism that they will be accommodated.

The Founder/Leader of the group, Hon Paul Nnajiofor stated: “The emergence of Dr Peter Mbah and Barr.Ifeanyi Ossai is the will of God and the choice of the masses. Mbah is the best and most qualified for the onerous task of moving Enugu state forward”

Hon Paul Nnajiiofor who represents Nkanu East constituency at the state house of assembly, disclosed that the Solidarity Alliance for Dr Peter Mbah initiative was formed in February 2022 will not phase off after the elections, but will stay to promote good governance.

“Since February 2022, a year and two months now,Solidarity Alliance for Peter Mbah has gone round to explain to the people of the state that Peter Mbah is the hope of a new Enugu state. Our economy will be revitalised.It will bounce from four billion to 30 billion dollars before the end of next administration under Peter Mbah.

“Mbah will be governor of Enugu state including Nsukka. He will work in the 17 local government areas of the state, across the 260 electoral wards and the three senatorial districts of the state”, Nnajiofor noted.

He said their gathering was also to celebrate the ‘Certificate of Returns’ issued to Dr Peter Mbah and Barr Ifeanyi Ossai, stating they will also gather for another celebration after their inauguration.
