JUST-IN: Enugu’s Mark Onuoha Named South East Regional Head of Nigerian Young Professionals Forum

A former Special Assistant on Lands to the immediate past Governor of Enugu State, Amb. Mark Onuoha, has emerged as the South East regional head of the Nigerian Young Professionals Forum, NYPF.

In a letter of appointment signed by the National President of the Nigerian Young Professionals Forum (NYPF), Comrade Daniel Osadolor, and sent to newsmen, he stated that the appointment of the Enugu born Youth development expert was due to his outstanding qualification, dedication, and commitment to the goals of the organization.

He stated that Onuoha has been a leading voice in promoting youth participation in governance and nation-building which is evident having served as National Speaker of the National Youth Assembly of Nigeria and as Special Assistant on Business Development to the Immediate Past Governor of Enugu State Rt Hon IfeanyiUgwuanyi.

He posited that Onuoha’s selection as the South East Head of the organization reflects the forum’s commitment to empowering young and credible individuals for leadership roles.

Reports have it that over the years, Ambassador Mark Onuoha has actively campaigned for youth inclusiveness, good governance, and national development.

His appointment is seen as a compliment to his commitment and consistency in advancing the goals of the Nigerian Young Professionals Forum.

However, the NYPF, under the leadership of the Founder Dr. Moses Siloko Siasia and Dr. Chima Anyaso as National President and South East Head respectively, had achieved significant milestones and with the transition to Mr. David Osadolor and Ambassador Mark Onuoha, there is optimism for continued progress and growth within the organization.

Ambassador Mark Onuoha’s tenure would elapse after four years, thus, offering him ample opportunity to further the agenda of youth empowerment and leadership development in Nigeria.
